/files/About Us/Jamie Leach, Head of School.jpg

Jamie leads Covenant Life School in its mission of producing graduates who engage their world with hearts and minds forged by God's Word.  Jamie graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1981, where he earned his B.S. degree in Economics.  In 1986 he earned his teaching certification and taught science at a public high school in Philadelphia.  The following year he accepted a position as a science teacher at Delaware County Christian School (DCCS), one of the most respected Christian schools in the country.  Jamie earned his Masters in Education from Temple University in 1993 and served on the DCCS faculty for 18 years.  In addition to teaching chemistry, math, and Bible, Jamie oversaw Student Activities, led the chapel committee, served on the Principal's leadership team, and coached varsity wrestling.

In 2005 Jamie resigned from his teaching position and returned to the classroom as a student at the Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastors College.  After completing his studies, Jamie entered a new phase of Christian ministry as a pastor at Covenant Fellowship Church near Philadelphia, leading the youth ministry.  After two years of fruitful ministry, Jamie felt called back to the environment he loves dearly, a vibrant Christian school community.  The families of Covenant Life School are grateful for the joyful, passionate leadership Jamie brings to our community.

Jamie and his wife Cindy have three college aged children and one student enrolled at Covenant Life School.
